BUILT Program

Conditioning

AMRAP 24, in teams of 3:

  30 Burpe Pull Ups

  45 Ring Dips

  60 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)

i) during Burpee Pull Ups, 1 athlete must be in a plank hold

ii) during ring dips, 1 athlete must be in a Wall Sit

iii) during Snatch, 1 athlete must be in a Dead Hang from the bar

(Two athletes work, one athlete rests at all times, switch anytime)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 2 - 3+ Rounds
