Target: Get your heart rate up! 150bpm+ for a few minutes, get a sweat going

3 Lateral burpees over the DB*

3 DB Hang clean-to-overheads* (Rx: 50/35, Scaled 35/20) (switch hands at any time)

30ft walking lunge (2 x 15 ft)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
