AMRAP 20

In Teams of 2 - alternating movements:

  14 Toes to Bar

  14 KB Swings (70/53)

  1 Max Set of DB Bench @25% of 1RM*

*25% is the weight in each hand. If you bench 200#, 25% = 50# in each hand.

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 70 - 90+ Bench Press Reps

Execution: Athletes alternate MOVEMENTS. Athlete 1 does toes to bar, then athlete 2 does the KB swings, then athlete 1 does bench presses, etc.
