Alternating (6 each)

  M1) 1 Smooth set* of Kipping Pull Ups

  M2) 1 Smooth set* of Push Ups

In last round of each movement, go to failure.

Stimulus: Stamina

*Smooth set = all reps are mechanically sound with no grinding. Reps may fluctuate slightly from round to round.

Conditioning

For Reps:

  3 Mins Max Single KB Steps Ups (53/35, 20")

  2 Mins Max KB Swings (53/35)

  1 Min Max Single KB Step Ups

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 100 - 150+ Reps

*KB may be held anyhow for step ups. This is a continuous 6 Min clock.
